Hisense H49N5500 Black blobs and green tinted shadows?

Getting fed up with this TV now. I have a Hisense H49N550 4K HDR tv and no amount of messing with settings does anything.

Set to 'HDR Game', though it does it on all modes even HD video non-HDR, I've tried messing with contrast, brightness, backlight, advanced settings like adaptive contrast, black levels, etc..

The image looks washed out, all black shadows are sharp black blobs and all other black/grey tones show up as green or blue. I've asked in AVForums but no one seems to know or care.

Is the source outputting hdmi full range?

Does it occur on different sources?

Yes and yes. On all ports, SD, HD, 4K. Games, tv, movies, youtube. Tried plugging Xbox up to another Hisense and the same scene looks perfect.

I tried talking to Hisense but they seem to think its just a picture settings problem but I've tried resetting them and messing around witht hem.

Looks like some kind of poatersation effect like it's 6 bit panel attempting to be higher bit with proc

I can't see the image for some reason.

Does the TV do the same when using built in apps like YouTube or iPlayer? How old is the TV?

Yes it does, I bought it in April.

It's a typical Hisense panel. Faulty. You should be able to get a warranty repair, but you'll need to provide better pics.
