My dad has the Hisense U7QF ULED and even though it has FALD it only has 72 zones so there is a lot of haloing in dark scenes. Overall hes getting a bit fed up of it.
The A1 OLEDs have dropped in price a fair bit. The 48" A1 is only £599.
He's not into gaming so HDMI 2.1 120hz VRR etc.. of the B1 and C1 doesn't matter to him I am purely just going off picture quality.
I tried doing a bit of searching on google but couldn't really get a definitive answer.
Is there going to be much difference picture quality wise other than saturation and black levels, is it worth spending £600 for the odd time that you can see halos in dark scenes?
