Recently purchased a hisense 75" 4k uhd tv, Model
H75A6600UK. When playing videos on YouTube, no matter what quality you choose, after about 20 minutes of watching it comes up with loading in the middle of the screen, freezes for around 10 seconds then carrys on. It gets worse the more you carry on watching.

If I clear the catch, it works fine again for the first 20 minutes or so.

I contacted hisense and they sent out a USB dongle with the firmware on as they said it was bugged. This didn't work.

I contacted the retailer who offered to replace it with another one. But it's exactly the same.

I'm asking if anyone has had this issue before and does anyone know of a fix ? It's starting to get really annoying now, I really like the tv and I don't really want to go through all the hassle of finding another one and returning this one.

Thanks in advanced :)

Unfortunately Hisense firmware and apps are extremely tempremental. My advice is ditch the tv's built in apps and use a dedicated box (fire 4k, Roku 4k, Apple 4k etc)

I'm more tempted to return it back to the retailer rather than put up with it and find an alternative. Been looking into it today and it seems it's a common fault, and hisense just fob people with the usb stick and firmware.

If I was to keep and find an android box what would you recommend and iv never had one before. It would only be for YouTube, as it's more convenient just chilling on the sofa with the remote lol. That's why it's bothering me so much
