Hitman Absolution Performance Issues

Anyone else have performance issues with Hitman?

Installed today, ran at medium settings, seems so laggy and horrible!

Rig:

I5-2500k
Nvidia GTX560ti
8GB DDR3 RAM
Z68AP-D3 Mobo
Crucial M4 128Gb SSD
Windows 8


Anyone have any suggestions? All drivers are up to date too

Seen people running this game fine on it though. 40/60fps etc.

Doesn't seem 5 minutes ago since I bought the card, not quite sure when it was actually. Last xmas maybe.

I'll have a fiddle and see if I can get it running any better!

reinstalled Nvidia drivers, installed new Intel RST drivers.

Turned of MSAA.

Ultra settings, FPS around 50.
