Remember the Flatline mission, where you drugged your mate, and then woke him up later? That's what Diana has done to you... when she kissed you, she was applying the antidote. She gives you the guns because you've now gotta blast the hell out of everyone at that funeral And it isn't easy.

That's the way it is on the 360 anyway - I can't see it being any different on the PC.
