Just watched through the whole thing, pretty impressive! Although how is he getting away with falling from such heights and not loosing any health?
I liked the part where he throws the grenade and uses the blast to reach a ledge and ends up with 1 health pretty lucky.

Most of the time by landing on a ladder I seem to recall (assuming its the same vid) I tried to perfect the technique, but need multiple attempts at each one.

I also know that the posted vid was done from a LOT of savegames, and as such wasn't "actually" done in 45 mins, just the resultatnt video is 45 mins long.
