Depends on what time valve do it. If it's anything like TF2 it'll be early morning on the 11th.

Edit: It's being released @ 12:01 am PST, so that'll be 8:01am on the 10th here.

yep same here lol 6kbs, usually get ~200 from steam servers. i guess everyone is pre loading it now.
