To cut a long story short my hyundai LCD that I was running my PS3 through broke and was collected today to be repaired.

I will be using my old 28" CRT for the next 2 weeks whilst its getting fixed but have yet to move it into here but I will be later tonight. Problem is, I forgot to change any settings on the PS3 before packing up the LCD meaning that the PS3 is set to 720p/1080i. Will it automatically detect my CRT and work as normal or is it going to be messed up?

If it is messed up any chance anyone could just jot down a a list of what keys I need to press to get the display back eg

Turn on PS3, left, left, down down, X etc

Cheers

I just taken my PS3 to my parents house where they dont have an HD TV, as i have been uising the HDMI port for the output when i plug it in to there TV via the A/V cable there was no picture or sound. So i Reset the console by holding the power button down for a bout 15 seconds (think its mentioned in the manual) and it resets the console to default. Does not seem to affect network or user settings just the Output settings, oh and you have to press the PS button on the sixaxis for it to re register the controller.
