Hmmm at o2

Afternoon chaps and chappettes..

I got my first bill for my iPhone today... and it was spot on.. except o2 have added a 'monthly extra' of £23.99 onto my bill for insurance...

Anybody else had this??

I rang them up and persuaded them to refund my money as I'd not signed anything...

it's called O2 insure unite....and I DEFINITELY didnt sign anything...

Ideas?? or more to the point - make sure you check your bills carefully!

I said no to the insurance, and had a bint ring up saying they could reduce the amount I was paying for insurance on a cold call so far. Told the bint I'd be quite happy if they could save me money and give me insurance as I was currently paying nothing.. she didn't take it too well though.
