hmmm....calorie count

Ok, its now just gone 16.00 and i've just added up all the calories i've had today and it comes to 521? Also i've been out for about 20 minutes and a session of HIIT. Is this weird, because i don't even feel hungry? I had:

Bacon Sandwich (i know, i know, but it was SO nice :p ) - 242 calories
Juice = 140 calories
*exercise*
Chicken breast things = 140 calories.

How many calories do you think you would lose in a HIIT session?

Ran 0.5miles to the local field, 15 mins HIIT, 0.5 miles back.

SO many questions, i know, but cheers anyway :D
 
i'm 165lb's. its 1700kcal for the body to tick over. You burn calories while jus being awake and walking around, that is where the extra 800calories come from (to make it 2500) iirc
 
lol, theoretically if you lay in ** bed like not moving asleep all day on average it would take 1600kcal for you to not gain/not lose. (assuming you are 160lb) but this is a loose figure. Did you know that every 3500kcal you don't eat, you lose one pound (not exactly accurate, but rule of thumb). So if you eat 250kcal less a day, and burn another 250kcal in exercise, in a week you lose one pound of weight!

Any comments as to if this is real??
