I know, I know, a book thread - shocking. If you knew me in real life, you'd know that it's even more shocking as it's coming from me.
The problem is that I'm not a big reader but I've recently got into the works of Jonathan Wilson. He's written a couple of very good books on football and I've really enjoyed reading them. I love the mixture of geeky facts and travel log.
But now that I've read both Behind The Curtain and Inverting The Pyramid, I don't know what to read next.
I'm looking for something else non-fiction. Possibly football related, possibly history related (preferably medieval or classical). Something that combines non-fiction with an interesting narrative. Does OCuk have any suggestions?
