Im in abit of a dilema (I bet you lot are fed up of my threads

I want a new GPU, but with AMD 7 series just around the corner, it seems pointless buying any current tech. Another point is that when the new tech comes out (when it does), prices will more than likely push down to compete until Nvidias next gen will come out.
Now, I really want this upgrade. I either want the GTX560Ti 2GB, GTX560Ti448 or the HD6950/70 (if I can find a deal).
Anyone care to hazzard a guess to how much the prices will drop (either through experience from past releases of tech or theyre in the know).
I want to make myself feel better if I buy it now and it ends up dropping by a lot
