hiho

bit of a predicament atm... picture the scene:

3 cases:

lian-li PC7 SE - black - system in it but overflowing
ATC 710 - gunmetal grey - empty case
ATC 210 - silver with black acrylic door - empty case

with an immenent conroe system approaching i'm stuck with case choice.

i could put my conroe system in the PC7, but i think it's a bit small, but could very well be ok with a modular PSU, and if i took out my iMON display. but the main problem is the 5" to 3" bay convertor, but i need this to shut up the raptor.

now i could ditch the raptor (and the bay convertor) for the conroe rig, but i would want 2 drives in raid instead for performance, but the PC7 only caters for 3 HDD's, and if 2 are in a raid then i'm left with only one drive for storage.

i think both the ATC's are stunning to look at and the 710 can provide the space i need... but the airflow in these is really putting me off :*(

do i just forget the whole ******* thing and get a P180 instead?? :o

i think a bigger version of the pc7 would be sweet, but i'm not paying 2x or more of the price for something.

any suggestions very welcome :o

was using the 710 before the PC7
the PC7 knocked about 15 degrees or more out of the system, but maybe if i upgrade all the fans etc i might be in business, well until i can afford another big case.

will peek at the eclipse, thanks
