HMRC - Check your State Pension forecast not working?

When I try to check my state pension forecast - https://www.tax.service.gov.uk/check-your-state-pension/account/nirecord - I get a message saying that the service is not working. It was like that when I tried a fortnight ago. Is it down for just me? (I.e is there something amiss with my browser?)

I've tried on Chrome and on Edge on my PC and also on my mobile phone both on wifi and 3G/4G and also on Safari on my iPad. My conclusion: HMRC hates me.
