I am self-employed.
My accountant has for the past 15 or so years submitted my tax returns.
All works well, they log in through their business gateway.
Today I wanted to print off my SA302s for the past couple of years.
The suggestion from HMRC website was register through their individual gateway system for your own personal tax account access.

I did this, I can see the details of my national insurance records, with some details if I want to update home addresses, and other various child benefit things.
I cannot see a section for self employment.

Where is it?
Do I need to activate something?
Will doing so interfere with my accountants access?

Anyone used this recently?

Yes, I can use that.
I can log in.
I can see all my details etc.
There isn't a self assessment section under my details as suggested there should be.

When my wife uses hers, she can see her PAYE and NI and other various bits as expected.

I just wonder why my self assessment isn't integrated, the website suggests it should be active now.

HMRC's website is a mess, full of links to half finished projects. 2 years on and the move to GOV.UK still isn't finished. If your accountant has used commercial software to submit your tax return (and the vast majority will to save their sanity) there is no way to print off an SA302 at the moment. You'll instead need to ask your accountant for copies of your "tax calculations" and "tax year overviews" (they should be used to this request) or call HMRC and ask them to post you an SA302 (which can take a couple of weeks).

polarbear is right. assuming this is for a mortgage application most lenders should accept the tax calc and overview as mentioned. If you want SA302s either you or your accountant will need to request them but this will take a few weeks.

There is no rush, it was more for completeness, and to see the gov.everything website working.
It should eventually be a very good integrated one stop portal, and if it is kept secure should allow nice accurate interagency info.
Liked how hmrc used my passport info to confirm id.
It working usefully, if only partially.

Eventually if it becomes a one stop serves all portal for govt affairs that'll be great.... sometime around 2090.

Thx for the replies all.
Will have my accountant request them for me.
