HMV return policy?

Hey guys, have you ever bought a PS3 game from HMV and didn't like it so wanted to return it?

I bought Resonance of Fate today (40 quid!) and after a few hours into the game, I really don't like it.

Have you ever got a refund for a game you didn't like? Or did you manage to get a refund after using a certain excuse?

Game = broken seals = no return.

Don't work in HMV but it's a common policy in game stores.

Store Returns Information

We will exchange items purchased in error or unwanted gifts provided they are returned within 21 days in perfect condition accompanied by a receipt.

All goods must include original packaging. We are unable to accept items that have been previously exchanged or multiple returns.

In the unfortunate event that you should discover a fault with an item you have purchased; we will offer a replacement copy or refund if you prefer. We ask that you return the product within a reasonable time frame after its purchase date. Please be aware that hmv will only take back faulty products that contain a genuine manufacturing fault, accompanied with a receipt. We cannot be held responsible for accidental damage or misuse caused by the customer. In respect of technology products please read below.
