Holiday hints required ... this time the Carribean!

Work before play... originally I asked for things todo in dubai.... work is now sending me london->dubai->bahrain->manila->hong kong->london with all but the first flight business class - the down side is I have no time for sight seeing

So in retaliation after returning from my snowboarding on sunday - it's time for another holiday in april time..

This time I fancy going somewhere warm. So the carribean it is..

Basically I'm looking for a beach, surf/windsurf and diving holiday to unwind and relax.

So far I've ruled out the Dominican republic as someone has said it's dump.. so anyone have any info/recommendations?

Not been there but reports from Curacao seem good. Have been to Cayman Isles - v. expensive and pretentious.
