Holidays at work - How many?

I can take as much as I want being a contractor but generally take 4 to 5 weeks off and work bank holidays as the Scots dont bother taking them off but bank the days to use when they want

got 4 weeks coming up from the end of this week
10 days from last years account that i need to use before this years start, and 10 from this years for easter leave.

JPA says 36... so i assume as i said that includes bank holidays.

4 on 4 off shift and 33 days holiday.

I struggle to get them all in what with statutory sick as well!

I don't ever feel guilty, the busier the better when I'm off.

Unless you have just come out of training or still in it, I would speak to your RAWO, Army get 30 days plus BH, I think its 8 this year.

25+BH here. Haven't managed to take them all in the last couple of years, will be carrying 3 or 4 over this year (holiday year runs april-march).

28 days plus bank holidays and the option to buy or sell 10 additional days. Even with all those days off it's still difficult to take more than a long weekend.

Yes contractor mate,i get a bit of time off tbh,but it's all unpaid leave,so have to stockpile the coin

LOL, I work in cash-in-transit. We have no such rules. The amount of mistakes made behind the scenes is unimaginable. Its just a good job were all very honest people in our depot.

I get 17 days hols, no BHs. I only work 3 days a week, but I do average 32+ hrs pw.

I didn't even get paid for the day off i had to take, after I had been attacked.

meh i'll check with the clerk at some point... that was last years ILA balance will wait and see how this years looks, not that i'm going to have much time to take leave this year, busy one ahead, hence ramming in as much leave as i can now.
