Hollow Skirting Board

Can you get hollow skirting boards that easily come off to run more wires through them?

I assume this is to run data cabling?

Yeah, HDMI, CAT6, speaker wire etc.

I would prefer not to use trunking as it just doesn't look as nice.

I think it is more about the ease of adding new wires whilst maintaining the looks. Our new house is being redone completely, so this is our chance to plan for the future and think of as many things as possible.
