As a showhome, it's an absolute masterpiece but not very 'homely' or comfortable.

This one is more impressive to me
First link is too 'American'. It's aimed at having conversations with the sofas facing each other and having the bonus of a TV on the chimney breast. Not like the UK where every single chair faces the telly so that you can ignore everyone in the room
Second looks great but for some reason I wouldn't want it cos it's too much like Cineworld. I know that seems daft!
My perfect setup would be the first one you linked to but with a projector and bigger TV... plus the sofas/chairs pointing towards the TV
