So I've just taken delivery of my new Beyerdynamic MMX 300 headset and am absolutely blown away by the sound quality compared to my old Creative Fatal1ty headset that recently gave up on me...

Now I'm mainly using these for gaming and music so my question is how do I get the absolute best experience with these things? Currently plugged in via front panel but will throw them direct into the mobo later as these won't be getting unplugged any time soon.

So guys what should I do with them?
 
Am getting positional sound through the front panel, just no sub woofer which is fine.

I do play fps like pubg etc what's going to be best a day or a sound card?
 
I've had positional sound from mp3's YouTube and a few games... Still if I can get even better results I'm happy to spend a bit more
