I better make this general-hardware related, too! I guess the one thing to discuss would be - would you spend the money on everything? Personally I'd do without the paintball guns
I guess the moving run-way thing would be pretty much a must, as well as some sort of sensor that would detect your movement. But for everything else you could just have it happening on a large screen, instead of buying all the projectors and setting them up accordingly.
If I had the dosh, I'd definately get a huge house with a huge room and start splashing to get something like this
