home 4g router

As im unsure of living arrangements i need to get decent home broadband in my new place without a contract and with very quick set up, eg this weekend, so was thinking of EE 4gEE router on a monthly rolling for £50 for 500mb. I cant get 5g where i will be.
I upload photos for work, watch a bit of Netflicks and You Tube and my gaming is usually off line so not sure if 500gb is enough
Is there a better option??

I use a 4g router in Greece, and 30gb a month is enough for Netflix, YouTube etc at 4k, so I Imagine 500gb would be fine, though depends how much you watch

I get through 30GB in a few days of Netflix, YouTube, etc. but 500GB would be fine though a bit confusing how much the OP actually means. I generally get through around 60-100GB a month if I watch a few TV shows in decent quality.

Is the signal as stable and reliable as a normal router

Get a Smarty sim for about £20 pm
No contract,unlimited data,calls,texts
Pop it into an old phone or buy a cheap sim 4g router

Well smarty sim is no good..wont connect any where and customer service is pants...any other solutions??

What did you try it in?
Needs a 3G at least compatible phone?
Customer service is online only,can be a problem if you want to contact them
Only time i had to query my bill was my fault and got a reply via e-mail within an hour or two

If you know anyone with a Virgin account they do an unlimited Sim for £27 a month.

It uses the EE network and is limited to 80mb down and 40mb up.

I've been using it over the last year with a Huawei B525 and it's been brilliant.

Try to find a router that supports carrier aggregation and the ability to lock the band to 2600mhz for best results with the EE network.
