Home button IE 10

Anybody know where the home button is in IE 10, try to use IE 10 is terrible, and slow. I'm using Win 8 in virtualbox, don't know if that is the problem.

If I click on IE 10 when in metro, I'm not getting a status bar. But, If I click on IE 10, after I click on the desktop in metro, I get a status bar with the home button on it. Moving around IE 10 with a mouse is terrible.
