Home computer/Gaming computer build please for £1500/£2000

I am looking at building my first PC. It will be primarily used as our home PC for the kids to do home work etc. I would like to put enough money and components in from the start which will allow me to switch it into a gaming PC when the kids are not on it

I am new to it all if im honest. I would appreciate your ideas and i will do some research from there. If possible can you include a monitor if it goes nearer the £2000 mark.

Monitor is a placeholder, it looks decent but there might be better for similar or less money.

Very capable gaming build and obviously it'll be spot on for homework/office type tasks.

M-ATX as that's my personal preference, I like a smaller form factor, but you could go for a larger midi-tower if preferred for more or less the same money.

What's your thoughts on swapping out the 9800X3D and MSI B850M for the OCUK Z87 bundle with the intel 7 265K and MSI Z890. ??
