Hi guys

Could someone please spec me a mini PC for the lounge to play movies, music, photo's, video (so lots of storage) and TV, web browser, blu-ray etc

Needs to boot and run pretty fast.

Would like it to be small and quiet if possible, looking like a slightly large DVD player or similar.

Also are there any special OS for things like this? or complete PC's already available?

About the OS for something like this I would install Linux Onto it. Its free so you save more money towards the hardware.
