home hosting

Can someone point me in to the right direction of a program or a guide that will alow me to host files from my home pc? ive google and has nothing really came up.
I remember someone posting a link to a program on here a few months back, but I cant seem to find it...

you could just get a small hosting package and then put them on there and just FTP in when you need to,

I have to agree with the above posts, the easiest way would be an FTP server.

I didn't find XAMPP any good. Seems really clunky.

Personally if you have XP Pro go with IIS and php (www.php.net).

If not then PHP XS is a much better Apache, PHP, MySQL package.
