Home-made filter?

Hi all

I've got an Antec 300, with no fan on the side panel. I've got a 120mm Yate Loon in the top space on the front of the case, which is filtered.

I can feel air going in through the side vent, and I'd like to filter this (even tho there's no fan) to reduce dust build up.

I was thinking of taping some tights material to the inside of the case. Is this a good substitute for a 'proper' filter? Is there any better material that could be used?

different sizes available too, but yes, tights would be ideal for a cheap fix, I recommend new unworn clean black tight, rather than any other variety for optimum filtering!

Remember to try them on first to make sure the weave is right on them, If your caught just explain that is necessary to select the correct filter for the PC.

I already did it with my Antec 900, i have two tights on the two front 120mm fans and not 1 spec of dust since, i hought i would have to change them every so often but when i took the front off last week i just hoovered the tights

My temps dropped by over 5deg after hoovering
