evening lads....and lasses

i need some help with my home network. i have a lot of media on my main PC which upstairs in the spareroom. id like to be able to access this from my tv downstairs and my main bedroom.

i have a sony bravia kd-49x8309c, playstation 4, bt tv youview box and the bt homehub all downstairs next to one and other.

the PC in the spare room is ran off bt powerlines

the tv in the spareroom is an old samsung with an andriod box with kodi loaded on.

1. how to i set it all up so all my media is accessable from my main pc?
2. will i need a better router?

one last thing, my sony is an andriod tv so i can put kodi on it if i need too :)

1. Share the folder/drive with the media in it.
2. Your router should be fine as it will support a minimum of 100mbit LAN and that'll be OK for a few H264 based streams, question is do you need to trans-code for any of the devices?
