Right I have the following setup

ADSL <-> Netgear DG834 <-> Ethernet <-> Switch <-> Xbox360+Laptop+Desktop

I want to add another wireless device between the wired lan and the 834.

I have a 20m cable that runs from the ADSL router to the switch.

So whats the best/easiest/cheapest way of adding a wifi client to the switch so that I can remove the 20m ethernet cable?

I did a quick google and a Netgear 602 seems to fit the bill, is this correct?

Why do I need 2 access points?

The DG834 is a netgear wireless router, so presumably I just need another access point to act as a bridge point to the dg834?

Well it's sat on my desk here, but I'm a little confused........

Shows the layout as I want it, so all looks good...
Click me for more information on the Netgear setup That link actually explains it as I see it...

but.......

I've done a few searches on the web, and it appears that I connect it as I want to...

Xbox360 | Laptop | Airport Express | Xbox

The WGE111 will take the first mac address from the device turned on first, and then block/not accept the rest. Whether this is by design or fault, I cannot fathom.

Can anyone shed any light?
