Home Office build ~ £600 (have monitors and case)

I am looking to do an workstation build to run dual monitors and very occasional gaming. But nothing hardcore. More likely to be streaming video like a HTPC than anything.

I have the monitors and a full size ATX case already. Budget around £600 would be great

What workloads will you be doing and streaming in 4k ?
Also what Res are your monitors ?

27inch max res is 2560x1440 or 1920x1080 A07 27" Q2778VQE

bit of software programming (not 3D rendering). ideally streaming at 4k, will this up the budget much?
