Hi,

I have been looking at the following mobo/ram/cpu bundle

Is this a good spec for an office / home pc or can anyone suggest a better spec?

I would like it to fin in an Antec P180 case with an antec 430w psu

would also like an ssd recommended to suit

budget is arround the £200 - £250 area

Are there any major programs you'll use or is it just Mircosoft Office/web type stuff?

Any gaming happening on this?

I think the i5 maybe a little overspecced. I either think an i3 or a A6-A8 would be a better choice.

Hi,
No gaming , just office /web type stuff (maybe edit the odd photo in PS)

Currently using a P4 3.06GHz and it is very slow to boot XP and then runs slowly in general

I would also like it to have USB3 as I wanted to transfer my email folders from one PC to another daily ( I currently do this with a pull out ide caddy)

That bundle you linked to is fine

Just make sure all your current drives are SATA based.

Actually that bundle makes the step from i3 to i5 quite cheap, so I'd say its worth the money, like stulid said, pair it with on of those SSDs and you're laughing.
