Not sure if this is a line fault or what.
My home phone is continuously engaged, even after unplugging the hub, and sky etc.
Everything else works, broadband, sky+ but no calls.

*unplugged the filter and everything connected to it, and the phone took incoming and made outgoing, with it put back in, nothing?
