Home Phone Problem

Not sure if this is a line fault or what.

My home phone is continuously engaged, even after unplugging the hub, and sky etc.


Everything else works, broadband, sky+ but no calls.

*unplugged the filter and everything connected to it, and the phone took incoming and made outgoing, with it put back in, nothing?

Get another filter then, as if removing that remedies the call problems it is likely to be faulty.
