home screen layout... all reset?

out of interest, has anyones icon layout reset itself without asking? I restarted my phone this morning and when it popped back to life all my folders had gone and it was like it had done a reset

I've had that happen to my iPhone 4 ( Jailbroken ) when I have synched with iTunes but not from just restarting the phone, no.
