I’ve just put together a home server with a dedicated RAID card (Adaptec 2410SA). Unfortunately the only motherboard I could find with a 66MHz PCI interface was a cheap duel PIII ebay unit. I can’t imagine this is very energy efficient

Has anyone got any suggestions for a modern board with a PCI 64bit slot. I haven’t been able to find one??

You will have to go for a server board im afraid. Overclockers dont do them, and anywhere else would be a competitor. We could search out a model, but I guess second hand would be the eaiest. Try the word Xeon on the auction site.
