Hi All

I currently have Virgin Fibre 200mb and the speed is good but my Wi-Fi is poor.

I have a 3 story 1900 house with thick walls so have issues with signal. With this in mind I have run Ethernet cables around the house and hard wired all I can via D-Link switches. I have also installed two Linksey Velop Wi-Fi nodes which have helped but it’s still not great. I am looking at adding more nodes to create a mesh system throughout the house but think I will need 5-6 nodes in total. Is this the best way to go and is the Velop the right one to use to get maximum speed?

thanks

Without a site survey or a plan, it's largely speculation, personally i'd be rolling Unifi AP's on each floor, especially if you have cable run.
