Homebrew/third party demos on rift

Hey all,
I got myself a rift this week, and have the touch controllers pre-ordered. Am really loving it so far.

I've been playing with a few of the games/apps from the Oculus store which all work fine. I got the £100 store credit as bought from Game.
One thing I'd really love to get working is the old Ghibli Spirited Away + Cat bus demos produced in the DK1/DK2 days. I know these have been withdrawn by the author and are no longer available anywhere.
I did manage to find the files but not sure how to get them running. There's no .exe, just a few folders of config files, DLLs, etc.
Anyone have an idea what tool/utility is needed please?

Well I managed to find the Boiler room demo here but it doesn't seem to be quite working right. For me it just shows the SBS image and rotates continuously. Anyone know if a CV1 compatible version was made, or where the other 2 (Totoro and How's Moving Castle) are?

Anyone get this particular one working correctly on their rift?
