Hello all, hopefully someone can help.
My mother has bought an ipad and would like her email on it.
Her emails is ########@homecall.co.uk, a subsiduary of pipex, now talk talk.
I have tried ringing their lovely "local" support center twice now to get the account working on outlook, thunderbird and the ipad but none of them work.
I have the email working via their webmail link and via windows mail. But obviously this is no help when trying it on the ipad. So the credentials are correct, but talk talk just keep saying its not their issue.
Is there some reason why this won't work on the ipad?
For the pop settings, i have tried numerous servers as there is not a definate list of what is current, so pop.homecall.co.uk, pop3.homecall.co.uk, mail.talktalk.net, pop.pipex.com, pop.dsl.pipex.com. The "smtp.homecall.co.uk" works but not receiving.
Any help as ever greatly appreciated
