Hi folks, I have had my homehub 4 for a year now. In my area fibre is unavailable so I have the best speed that I can hope for given my rural location.

I have had very little issues with it as in having to reset it or to my wired Ethernet in my house to my consoles or wifi to my tv's or Apple iPad's or Phones.

However I do have constant issues with my Apple Laptops and iMac. I have to turn off the wifi on these machines sometimes 4 or 5 times and back on again to connect to the wifi. Then if I move around in the house with the laptop I lose connection and have to repeat this annoying process.

I am aware that the Homehub is by no means the best wifi device in the world so I am looking for potential upgrade/replacement advice that takes into account that I don't have the greatest knowledge of networking!

Thanks in advance :)

That's the one I am looking at indeed. For the money it seems to be very feature rich. Thanks for the help guys.

To answer your reply Orcvader, my budget is anything that can be justified. I am not that worried about ultimate speed as I rarely transfer files between machines across my network. I have a wired connection to my console games room and it works fine. It's the wifi aspect i wish to improve on for my Apple gear as it seems to not like the Bt Homehub all that much.
