Those look fantastic. I'll definitely be giving these a go over the weekend. Knowing my luck I will just end up with a gooey mess though.

When I mentioned I like chocolate eclairs in GD I got accused of being gay.

Apparantly they are girl cakes. :/

Going to have a go at making these. Im sure they taste much better than the one's out of a bakery
