I got a new Acer laptop & i,m trying to change my homepage in internet options but every time i type a url in the homepage box the same page keeps on appearing & then i go back to internet options its chage it back to the original url also.... any one know the prob & the solution

Have you got Norton or McAfee on there? They stop the page being changed IIRC, you need to change it in the Internet Security suite itself

Yeh i got the £499.99 1 why? so can i change the settings in norton?

I have purchased the same one, and have not got that issue. as above did you install the free Norton trial, this is something I just uninstalled.
