Homeplugs stopped working

Only had them about a month but it seems one has stopped working. Is it normal for one to fail so soon. Have read up on them failing after a year but never a month!!

Any more info?

Like brand, fault description, like any lights on at all, tried resetting them if they can be reset, different power plugs, different cat5e cables etc etc..?

I might go in Motors and create a new topic saying 'Hi my car isn't working, any ideas?'.
