Homplug Adapter Not Detected - HELP!

I've just connected my TP-Link TL-PA211KIT.

All the lights are on constant but i get the following message:

Homeplug adapter not connected - check computer cables.

Everything seems to be connected ok - the orange light is also on my mobo.

However, the TP Link utility software detects my wireless dongle if I connect that!?

Any suggestions?

Yeah - just tried another cable. Same thing - the light are on but nobody's home. . .

The reset button is greyed out. . .

I'm using a BT Infinity Home Hub 3.0 Type A.

All the lights are on the TL-PA211.

I can't see them on the network config page . . .

Correctly pairing should be done with them next to each other, then you can move them where you like. If they dont show up or have trouble connecting after youve moved them then there must be an issue with your electrics. Pair them without cables in, too.

I've tried this now. After pressing the pair buttons the power LEDs flash for while before going solid (on).

Then I get the same message as before, i.e. not detected.

Any more suggestions (please)?

OK - how do you do that?

I've installed the software - the WinPcap first then the management utility.
