homplug TL-Pa211 kit power save mode?

hi

I have just purchased the pa211 homplug kit from ocuk very happy with it but I find that the power save feature does not work at my superhub router connected end?

upstairs when I turn my bluray player off the plug goes into power save mode after 5 minutes but the plug connected to router does not.

Anyone with this kit have the same problem?

If the adapter has an active device (such as a router) connected to it then it'll stay on.

cheers , that's what I thought just seems odd to a have the feature and it only works on the adapter that has the device non-active.

you would think that the adapter would be able to tell if the other end is in power save mode and go into power save as well.

I understand what you are staying but bare in mind some installations may have multiple powerline connected devices all of which would have to be idle before putting the one connected to the router in to power saver mode.

Wouldn't worry about it, they don't use much power to begin with.
