In the hopes of passing my test next month I have been looking into bikes.

Background on what I use a bike for:
Commute to work 2 days a week, other times will just be going out and about to the shops or into town. I have a car but the wife uses it so the bike is my main mode of transport

I love the looks of the NC700s plus the good mpg and the storage make it ideal for me.

Anyone ever been on one before?

There supposed to be nice little bikes, good handling, build quality etc, v tight on the gas, which given how intrusive that rev limiter is should be no surprise.

Most reviews say its a good all rounder not great in any one area but over all a really good bike.

For me it seems to tick all the boxes, currently on my L plated 125 so "if" I pass it seems to be a nice progression and a solid commuter

Agree with Hornett on this, definitely the sort of bike I'll be looking at once I do my DAS, especially with that sort of fuel consumption and storage.
