A nice twist to the advert just then, all the st. george crosses and the final comment

Was it the first time it was shown in the world cup?

Its a great advert - it just doesnt suit the Honda brand. I'd hardly associate Honda with being an automotive company striving to innovate etc.

Well executed though, and a clever touch with the st georges flags.

Such a brilliant advert. Honda never fail to amaze me with their adverts. There is always something about their adverts... going back to the Cog, impossible to foget. The 'hate something, change something' advert, the civic advert with the choir and obviously now this.

This advert also send a shiver down my spine, either with the NSX or always when the F1 cars come on.

am i missing something?
i watched the vid and didnt see any St. George's crosses
yes there was lots of white with red stripes, but that was the way honda had there race cars in the 60`s and has nothing to do with england and the St. George's cross

Theres and England flag on nearly every flag and various buildings throught the advert. Also the Hot air balloon at the end has a massive St Georges cross on it

Compared to who exactly?

Honda have done plenty of innovation and have a long racing heritage. This isn't Daewoo we're talking about here.

i played the vid from the link above (http://www.honda.co.uk/)
and i didnt see any england flags on anything even the balloon.
how come its different to what the rest of you are watching ?
