Its not so much for people who can't boil an egg, but more for those who always seem to overcook their yolk! I like mine runny goddamnit, but always get it too hard

This is actually a very good idea. I'm paranoid about eating undercooked eggs (SCREW YOU CURRIE!) but I like something to dip my soldier in to. I rarely get it just right and it's not like you can put the egg back in the pan.

I'm very glad that these eggheads have finally cracked this problem.

for hard boiled eggs

place eggs on hob in cold water, start timing 10mins from when the water starts to boil after the 10 mins put eggs straight into cold water, perfect eggs everytime without the black yuk on the yolk try it!
