Hoping a simple question ! (Hidden folders)

If I make a folder hidden (such as Steam) will this make any content changes that happens in that folder, such as new games downloaded, hidden also?

Only if the criteria is applied to contents and sub folders ?

haha, i'm just very OCD about my drives. One of my drives is just dedicated to games, and I just like to have the game folders in there, Steam just looked outta place
