Hey guys,So my brother is using a AMD 7950 but would really like a Nvidia card as he does a lot of recording.

Would it be possible to put the new 750 in the machine and use that solely as a Shadowplay card?

Hope someone can help many thanks.

It's not the card that limits/lags recording, it's normally the destination hard drive & processing.

If he's getting lag, he could try something like Dxtory, that doesn't lag at all for me whereas Fraps tends to limit my game to 30fps

Hey guys maybe i should have added,He uses both Fraps and Dxtory but he doesn't like how much space they take up when editing and rendering.

He's told me he gets no Lag when recording it's just the file sizes are Horrendous.

Where as the shadowplay files are much much smaller.

Unless there's any other software that he can record at 1080P 60FPS.

Thanks for the Reply's so far guys!

You can record using any codec you want in Dxtory. It's actually really good at outputting x264.
