Hoping to upgrade this year, what to wait for?

I currently have a Ryzen 2700X setup, which I'm not too happy with, few different components not working well with each other.

I was thinking of doing a new build this year, CPU, motherboard, GPU and maybe RAM.

I was hoping to stay AMD, but I'm a little confused about what's coming out this year.
Initally I was going to go for a 3800X, then heard the 3800XT is meant to be out soon. But there's also the Zen 3 series, but is that actually coming out this year?

What's the issue with your current build?

This is the basics of my build.

Ryzen 7 2700X
Gigabyte X370 Gaming K7 Motherboard
3200 RAM
Gigabyte Vega 64

I've never been able to get the RAM to run at 3200Mhz, it does wierd and wonderful things.
I've been posting around since I built this thing. Some people have put the blame on the RAM, motherboard or the CPU.
Long story short I'm not happy with my build, especially with this Gigabyte GPU, but that's another story.

This month and September I believe.

That is very nice to hear, I was worried the new launches were going to be put back.
